Job summary

JYSK in Aarhus is seeking a skilled frontend engineer to join a cross-functional agile team. You will develop and maintain JYSK store web applications with focus on performance and scalability.

You will collaborate with team members and stakeholders to build seamless user experiences and take ownership of existing applications, driving continuous improvements. You will stay updated on new technologies, propose ideas for our platforms, and mentor teammates to share knowledge and grow together

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional work experience with React, TypeScript and Next.js or Tanstack.
• Experience with automated testing and CI/CD pipelines.
• Great communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Experience with scalable web applications and performance optimization.
• Can break down and priorities large and complex features into smaller tasks.
• A proactive approach to improving solutions and challenging the status quo.
• Is eager to stay up to date with latest technologies and motivated to continuously learn new things.

You will be working in a cross functional agile scrum team that consist of frontend and backend engineers, testers, UX specialists, a Product Owner, and an IT Delivery Lead.
