Danske Commodities in Aarhus is seeking an experienced software engineer to help power our Flexible Asset Management suite across Europe. You will develop and maintain systems supporting CHP, battery and renewable assets, driving architecture and technical direction.

Join a team of 18 engineers focused on asset optimisation. We prize collaboration, high standards and real-world energy challenges. You'll work across teams, mentor colleagues, and participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• Hold a relevant educational background in software development.
• Bring 5+ years of experience in software development, architecture and agile methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain software systems powering Danske Commodities’ Flexible Asset Management across Europe.
• Drive architectural direction and use latest technologies where applicable.
• Mentor colleagues and foster a collaborative development environment.
• Collaborate with business to gain domain knowledge and execute on initiatives with high operational excellence.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation to ensure continued operation of critical systems.
