• Experience with AWS or cloud infrastructure is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deploy backend software supporting scientists, including automation for data products and MLOps for predictive models.
• Collaborate with engineers and subject matter experts to translate scientific needs into maintainable software solutions.
• Implement efficient algorithms from scientific literature and apply solid software engineering to a complex tech stack.
• Maintain high technical quality through code reviews, testing and architectural discussions.
• Coordinate work in an agile manner and regularly present progress to the team and stakeholders.
• Explore new libraries and technologies to strengthen technical and scientific understanding.
