Job summary

Deloitte Digital in New York seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead Salesforce transformation programs for iconic brands. You will oversee multi-disciplinary teams, ensure delivery of CRM initiatives, and manage timelines and budgets while engaging with client executives.

You'll collaborate with digital experts across disciplines to design and deploy sales, service, and marketing capabilities, shaping architectures that bring customer strategies to life.

Qualifications

• University degree (Bachelor or Master)
• 5+ years professional experience in system implementation
• CRM solutions such as Salesforce, MS CRM or similar
• Experience leading large-scale transformation projects
• Passion for digital solutions, technology and systems
• Strong knowledge of Sales, Marketing, and Services strategy, processes, and technology
• End-to-end transformation projects with direct client interaction
• Experience writing/leading bids for transformation initiatives in a consulting firm
• English plus at least one Nordic language (Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, or Finnish)

Responsibilities

• Lead team to sell and deliver digital Salesforce solutions
• Interact with clients to ensure timeframes and budgets are met
• Be the face of the team with executive clients and sponsors
