Job summary

Maersk in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Process Partner (Maternity Cover) to map, develop and implement processes across the Safety & Resilience function and embed them into the HSSE digital operating model for seamless integration.

You will design Level 3–5 processes, set objectives and metrics, maintain a process map library, drive governance, and lead new process implementations with cross‑functional teams.

Qualifications

• Strong project management, change management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze, design, and document processes.
• Certifications in process management, project management or change management are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize processes across Safety & Resilience levels 3–5.
• Define objectives, targets and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a comprehensive Process Map library and ensure governance compliance.
• Lead implementation of new processes within the HSSE digital system for real-time monitoring.
• Collaborate with Center of Excellence, regional teams and Digital Project teams.
