Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior Process Partner for the Safety & Resilience function to map, develop, and implement processes across teams. You will embed these processes into the digital operating model to ensure seamless integration and efficiency, while driving end-to-end process interconnections with operations, customers, and suppliers.

You will lead process design and standardization efforts, leveraging data-driven insights to improve performance and compliance across HSSE workflows.

Qualifications

• Strong ability to analyze, design, and document processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Experience using process mapping and governance standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize processes (Level 3 to Level 5) with seamless integration to workflows.
• Define objectives, targets, and performance metrics for continuous improvement.
• Maintain a Process Map library and ensure governance compliance.
• Lead implementation of new processes within HSSE digital systems.
• Collaborate with Centers of Excellence and regional teams to align improvements.
