Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Senior Process Partner to map, develop, and implement processes across the Safety & Resilience function. You will embed processes into the digital operating model, ensuring end-to-end integration and efficiency.

You will lead process design, set objectives and metrics, and collaborate with regional teams to drive continuous improvement within the HSSE digital platform. Relocation/remote work not available.

Qualifications

• Experience mapping, developing, and implementing processes across teams.
• Ability to align process improvements with HSSE digital systems.
• Certifications in process, project, or change management are advantageous.
• Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback.
• Willingness to learn new tools, processes, and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize processes (Levels 3-5) with seamless integration.
• Define objectives, targets, and performance metrics.
• Maintain an up-to-date Process Map library.
• Ensure governance and best practices compliance.
• Lead implementation of new processes within HSSE digital system.
• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence, regional teams, and the S&R Digital Project team.
• Use data-driven insights to improve process efficiency.
• Document processes and maintain best practices.
• Drive standardization and resolve process conflicts.
• Support HSSE Digital Projects and promote a digital-first mindset.
