Job summary

Maersk in Denmark seeks a Senior Process Partner to map, develop, and implement processes across the Safety & Resilience function and embed them into the digital operating model for seamless integration and efficiency.

You will lead process design, maintain governance, and collaborate with regional teams to align improvements with business needs, fostering a digital-first mindset across HSSE projects.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in project management, change management, problem-solving, and customer-centricity.
• Ability to analyze, design, and document processes to identify improvements.
• Certifications in process/project/change management are a plus.
• Collaborative mindset with willingness to learn new tools.

Responsibilities

• Design and optimize processes across levels 3 to 5 with seamless integration.
• Define objectives, targets, and performance metrics for improvement.
• Maintain a Process Map library for all levels.
• Ensure compliance with governance standards.
• Lead implementation of new processes within the HSSE digital system.
• Collaborate with the Center of Excellence and regional teams.
• Use data-driven insights to improve efficiency.
• Document processes and best practices per company standards.
• Drive standardization and resolve process conflicts with owners.
• Foster continuous improvement from frontline feedback.
• Support HSSE Digital Projects and promote digital adoption.
