Job summary

Ramboll is seeking a Senior Risk Manager & Scheduler for Offshore Wind. You will join our global Wind organisation and lead project controls, risk management and scheduling across offshore wind projects in multiple Ramboll offices.

You will develop integrated schedules, run risk analyses, and report to executives while mentoring junior consultants and supporting business development. The role offers a collaborative, client-focused environment within Ramboll’s Strategy & Commercial practice.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of offshore wind or major energy infrastructure projects.
• Extensive project controls, PMO and risk management experience.
• Hands-on scheduling experience using Primavera P6 or equivalent tools.
• Experience performing Monte Carlo based quantitative schedule risk and cost risk analyses.
• Excellent commercial understanding and experience presenting to client executives and investment stakeholders.
• Collaborative working style, an analytical mindset and clear client focus.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of integrated project schedules.
• Define project controls frameworks, governance structures and reporting standards for offshore and onshore wind projects.
• Facilitate risk workshops and maintain project risk registers.
• Perform qualitative and quantitative risk assessments including integrated schedule and cost risk analysis.
• Develop mitigation plans and monitor risk reduction actions.
• Support project governance, FID preparation and executive reporting.
• Provide project controls advice across development, procurement, fabrication, installation and commissioning phases.
• Mentor junior consultants and support capability development.
• Support business development, proposals and strategic client relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement of methodologies and digital tools.
