Job summary

Veo is hiring a Senior Software Engineer for the Revenue Platform in Copenhagen. You will own and evolve backend services that manage orders, subscriptions and payments, leveraging Rust and Python. You’ll strengthen workflows, design OpenAPI-first APIs, and improve integrations with billing, CRM and ERP systems.

You’ll collaborate with Finance, Sales and Product to translate business needs into robust software. A product mindset, strong API thinking and curiosity about AI tools are highly valued.

Qualifications

• Proven backend development experience in scalable systems.
• Strong API design and integration skills with third-party services.
• Experience with distributed systems and fault-tolerant architectures.
• Excellent written and spoken English for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Evolve and scale backend services in Rust that process real revenue: orders, subscriptions, invoicing, payments and provisioning.
• Strengthen Temporal workflows to be reliable, idempotent and safe to change.
• Shape the Revenue Platform API into a clear, OpenAPI-first product for internal teams.
• Improve integrations with billing, payment, CRM, ERP and logistics providers, handling failure modes.
