Job summary

LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Quality Automation Engineer to drive automation initiatives across Element and Mould Validation. You will build automated workflows, implement no-code automation solutions, and integrate metrology with digital processes to ensure data-driven decisions for production.

In this role, you will lead cross-functional efforts, validate automation outputs against quality standards, and help advance how measurement data informs engineering decisions within LEGO's

Qualifications

Experience in quality engineering in a development or manufacturing environment.
Hands-on with no-code automation platforms and workflow automation.
Understanding of data pipelines and quality-related systems.

Responsibilities

Drive automation and digitalization projects across the Element and Mould Validation roadmap.
Build and maintain automated engineering workflows using no-code platforms.
Support automation of measurement and inspection processes.
Translate quality and metrology expertise into digital solutions.
Collaborate with leaders to remove barriers and accelerate progress.
