Job summary
The LEGO Group is seeking an Automation Manager, Operational Technology, Moulding Platform Owner, to own a global moulding automation platform that supports the production of new LEGO elements. You will manage automation software, robotics, industrial networks, safety systems, data connectivity, and platform standardisation across sites.

Qualifications
- Experience programming, designing, and troubleshooting PLC-based automation systems.
- Hands-on robotics applications and automated production equipment.
- Industrial networks knowledge incl. Ethernet/IP and OPC UA.
- Experience with functional safety systems and electrical diagrams.
- Fluent English, C1 or above, with collaboration in multicultural environments.
Responsibilities
- Own and develop a global moulding automation platform.
- Drive platform standardisation across the Low-Volume Moulding platform.
- Define platform activities to support growth and new LEGO elements.
- Support integration of new production technologies into OT operations.
- Provide technical guidance on automation architecture with suppliers and equipment designers.
- Commission, optimise, and manage platforms and connected equipment throughout their lifecycle.
- Engage stakeholders during implementation, ramp-up, and ongoing operation.
