The LEGO Group is seeking a Senior Quality Automation Engineer in Billund to drive automation and digitalization across metrology and quality workflows. You will build automated engineering processes, implement no-code solutions, and integrate quality data into reliable, data-driven decisions.

You'll collaborate across cross-functional teams and leaders to advance automation, with a focus on practical, scalable engineering solutions that support production readiness.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality engineering within development or manufacturing environments.
• Hands-on use of no-code automation platforms and workflow automation.
• Understanding of data pipelines and quality systems.
• Ability to validate automation outputs against standards.
• Strong communication and collaboration across teams.
• Experience implementing new technologies and ways of working.

Responsibilities

• Drive automation and digitalization projects across Element and Mould Validation roadmap.
• Build and maintain automated engineering workflows using no-code platforms.
• Support automation of measurement and inspection processes.
• Translate quality and metrology expertise into digital solutions.
• Collaborate with leaders and technology partners to remove barriers and accelerate progress.
• Help reduce repetitive work through automation and data-driven decision-making.
• Represent the function in automation communities and technology discussions.
