Job summary

Unilabs Pharma Solutions in Copenhagen is expanding its project management team with a Senior Project Manager role. You will link international pharma customers with a skilled laboratory team, leading timelines, budgets and multi-site deliveries across Unilabs’ network and external vendors.

You will cultivate long-term partnerships, identify opportunities with customers, and guide junior colleagues while reporting to the Head of Site Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• ,
• You have at least five years of experience in project management or key account management, including complex projects with multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• You understand the pharmaceutical R&D process, and experience from a CRO, laboratory services or biotech is an advantage.
• You are fluent in English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Leading project teams and coordinating projects with customers according to contract and the company project management model.
• Managing complex projects involving internal teams, CoEs in other countries, external vendors and QA/Legal/IT/Finance.
• Ensuring stakeholders are well-informed and satisfied with deliverables and revenue recognition.
