Job summary

Job-Link A/S in Western Zealand, Denmark, seeks a Senior Project Engineer in automation to coordinate site activities on pharmaceutical projects, focusing on commissioning and integration.

You will work with suppliers and internal teams to ensure installation, testing and handover, supporting documentation, operator training and compliance with GMP – while staying on site five days a week.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or technical background in automation, electrical or mechanical engineering.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience on site in automation projects.
• Experience coordinating suppliers, subcontractors or technical activities.
• Experience with installation, commissioning, testing and troubleshooting.
• Experience from pharmaceutical production and working in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate installation, commissioning and testing activities on site.
• Manage and follow up with equipment suppliers and subcontractors.
• Coordinate testing of automated equipment, including FAT and SAT.
• Support commissioning, qualification and final handover.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with suppliers and specialists.
• Coordinate across multiple stakeholders within the automation team and site organization.
• Support technical documentation and operator training.
• Assist integration with systems such as SAP EWM, PAS-X, fleet management, DCS and PLC solutions.
