Job summary

GN Hearing, based in Ballerup, Denmark, is seeking a Senior Project Manager in Design for Value (DfV) to optimize products through cost/value analyses, guide supplier sourcing, and support cost targets throughout development. You will collaborate with R&D, Product Marketing, and manufacturing teams to drive value across platforms and architecture.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or similar field.
• Experience in platform/product development and cost/value optimization.
• Strong negotiation and supplier sourcing experience.
• Proven ability to work across R&D, Product Marketing and manufacturing teams.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Optimize products by cost/value analysis across roadmaps and architecture.
• Manage cost targets and running estimates for development ramp-up.
• Lead project sourcing activities including RFQs and supplier negotiations.
• Build positive business cases with R&D and Product Marketing.
• Conduct Design for Value, Cost and Manufacturing project reviews.
