Job summary

ROA Talent is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major data centre construction programme on-site in collaboration with client, consultants and main contractor. You will take ownership of delivery, ensuring high standards, addressing issues early and maintaining rigorous progress across teams.

The role requires proven data centre construction experience, strong CSA/MEP knowledge, and a degree in Engineering or Construction Management.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience managing large-scale, complex construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of CSA and MEP systems.
• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related discipline, or equivalent industry experience.
• Experience managing clients, contractors, consultants and vendors.
• Exposure to procurement, RFPs, tendering, bidding and change management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.
• Experience working within international or culturally diverse project teams.
• A practical, collaborative approach to solving problems and driving delivery.

Responsibilities

We’re looking to appoint a Senior Project Manager for a major Data Centre construction programme.

This is a hands-on, client-facing role for someone with proven Data Centre construction experience who is comfortable working across the client, consultant and contractor teams to keep delivery moving, resolve issues early and maintain high standards on site.

You’ll join an experienced international project team and take real ownership of project delivery, with the backing of senior industry professionals and an established global business.
