Job summary

Linesight is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead data centre projects onsite with a diverse team. You will oversee progress, safety, and collaboration between client, consultants, and contractors, ensuring strong relationships and delivery excellence.

You will drive project processes, identify and resolve issues, and lead key meetings to communicate impacts and progress. Interviews are conducted in person or virtually, with video required.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data centre projects.
• PM certification or actively pursuing one.
• Degree or comparable experience in a PM or construction discipline.
• Detail oriented with a focus on quality.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven ability to build strong client and team relationships.

Responsibilities

• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices.
• Coordinate with client, consultant, and contractor on snagging, schedule, and partner engagement.
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively.
• Implement and monitor project processes, partnering with the client for improvements.
• Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress and communicate impacts.
• Ensure adherence to project procedures and maintain consistent governance.

The Opportunity

In this role you will:

• Be a visible leader onsite, assessing progress and ensuring safe work practices
• Coordinate with the client team, consultant team and the contractor on all snagging activities, including the schedule and partner engagement
• Identify issues proactively and work with the team to resolve effectively
• Implement and monitor key project processes, partnering with the client to make improvements and revisions
• Lead and attend key meetings to monitor progress, actively collaborate on solving problems and communicate impacts to partners
• Implement project procedures and use reasonable endeavours to ensure that this procedure is always observed
