Job summary

Stibo Systems is seeking a Senior Project Manager to drive strategic IT and AI-readiness initiatives across Enterprise Architecture and Process Excellence. • 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management or digital transformation.
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, cloud ecosystems and enterprise architecture.
• Familiarity with data governance, AI adoption and modern IT delivery models.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with technical and executive audiences.
• Relevant project management certification, preferably PRINCE2.

Job description

We are looking for a Senior Project Manager to drive internal strategic IT and AI-readiness projects, making an impact across AI, Enterprise Architecture and Process Excellence initiatives.

In this newly established role, you will help turn our AI ambitions into well-governed projects with clear priorities, processes and business outcomes. Working closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders, you will lead IT-enabled transformation projects that advance our enterprise architecture capabilities towards an AI-ready future.

This is the role and main tasks

You'll manage complex cross-functional projects, aligning business objectives, technology solutions and organizational change to deliver lasting business value.

More specifically, you will:

• Lead large-scale IT and process transformation initiatives from idea through execution and operational adoption
• Drive portfolio prioritization and partner with leadership on capacity planning
• Develop and implement governance frameworks, processes and ways of working for effective project execution
• Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and functional and technical teams to ensure successful change and adoption across our technology landscape
• Embed new processes and technologies into daily operations to ensure sustainable ways of working and lasting business value

This is your team

Reporting directly to the CFO, you will work closely with our Process Excellence team, AI Engineers, AI Center of Excellence and colleagues across the global business to turn strategic AI ambitions into impactful initiatives.

What you bring: We are looking for a hands-on Senior Project Manager with a strong IT and technology foundation who can bridge business needs with IT execution. You thrive in complex technology-driven initiatives and lead through influence, credibility and action.

Moreover, you bring:

• 10+ years of experience in IT project/program management or digital transformation, with a track record of driving organizational change and adoption of new processes, technologies and ways of working
• Strong knowledge of digital platforms, cloud ecosystems and enterprise architecture
• Familiarity with data governance, AI adoption and modern IT delivery models
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, including with technical and executive audiences
• Confidence in challenging the status quo while respecting existing knowledge and experience
• Relevant project management certification, preferably PRINCE2
