Stibo Systems in Denmark is seeking a strategic FP&A professional to drive long-term planning, rolling forecasts, and the evolution of our forecast model within a global finance team.

You will partner with the CFO and senior leaders, optimize Workday/Adaptive Planning tools, and lead budgeting cycles, ensuring insightful management reporting and scalable processes.

Competenze

• Solid experience from FP&A, Financial Controlling, or as a Finance Business Partner in an international context.
• Proficient in financial planning processes, strategic forecasting, and management reporting.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning or similar; Workday is a plus.
• Ability to communicate clearly with senior stakeholders, including executives and board.
• Master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field.

This is the role and main tasks

• Drive and enable strategic long-term planning and rolling forecasts for the organization
• Drive and optimize FP&A tools, including Workday/Adaptive Planning, ensuring they meet evolving business needs
• Take ownership of our forecast model — driving its development, adoption, and scalability to meet evolving business needs
• Take ownership of management reporting—developing, structuring, and elevating the reporting process
• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership on finance-related questions and strategic topics
• Lead process development for budgeting and forecasting cycles, driving continuous improvement

This is your Team

You will join our global Finance organization, collaborating closely with the FP&A team, Business Partners, and other key stakeholders. While you will have a high degree of autonomy, this role is deeply embedded in cross-functional work. “We are a motivated, international finance team committed to delivering insights and supporting Stibo’s growth journey,” explains Allan.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a self-driven and strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, international setting.

You bring strong analytical skills and the ability to challenge the status quo, coupled with excellent execution capabilities.

• Have solid experience from FP&A, Financial Controlling, or as a Finance Business Partner, preferably in an international context
• Are proficient in financial planning processes, strategic forecasting, and management reporting
• Bring experience with financial tools, ideally Adaptive Planning or similar (knowledge of Workday is a plus)
• Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders, including executives and board
• Hold a relevant master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar
