Stibo Systems is seeking a Senior FP&A Analyst in Denmark to shape financial planning and drive data-driven decisions across a global organization.

You will influence planning processes, collaborate with leadership, and own forecasting, reporting, and FP&A systems in a cross-functional, international finance team. The hybrid work model supports flexibility and growth.

Competenze

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field.
• Experience in FP&A, financial controlling, or as Finance Business Partner.
• Proficient with planning processes and management reporting.
• Experience with Adaptive Planning or Workday is a plus.
• Strong communication with executives and board.

This is the role and main tasks

As our new Senior FP&A Analyst, you will act as a key stakeholder within Stibo Systems and the CFO Organisation, bringing insight-driven financial planning and analysis to the next level. “You’ll have the opportunity to influence not only the processes but also the strategic direction of the role. You will work closely with leadership and collaborate with finance stakeholders across the globe to enable data-driven decision-making.

More specifically, you will:

• Drive and enable strategic long-term planning and rolling forecasts for the organization
• Drive and optimize FP&A tools, including Workday/Adaptive Planning, ensuring they meet evolving business needs
• Take ownership of our forecast model — driving its development, adoption, and scalability to meet evolving business needs
• Take ownership of management reporting—developing, structuring, and elevating the reporting process
• Partner with the CFO and senior leadership on finance-related questions and strategic topics
• Lead process development for budgeting and forecasting cycles, driving continuous improvement

You will join our global Finance organization, collaborating closely with the FP&A team, Business Partners, and other key stakeholders. While you will have a high degree of autonomy, this role is deeply embedded in cross-functional work. “We are a motivated, international finance team committed to delivering insights and supporting Stibo’s growth journey,” explains Allan.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for a self-driven and strategic thinker who thrives in a dynamic, international setting. You bring strong analytical skills and the ability to challenge the status quo, coupled with excellent execution capabilities.

Moreover, you:

• Have solid experience from FP&A, Financial Controlling, or as a Finance Business Partner, preferably in an international context
• Are proficient in financial planning processes, strategic forecasting, and management reporting
• Bring experience with financial tools, ideally Adaptive Planning or similar (knowledge of Workday is a plus)
• Communicate clearly and confidently with senior stakeholders, including executives and board
• Hold a relevant master’s degree in Finance, Economics, or similar
