Job summary

Worley in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Manager, Project Controls to lead planning, cost management, risk and document control across EPCM projects. You will drive governance, standardize processes and provide visibility of cost and schedule.

You will mentor teams, integrate schedules with engineering and procurement, and report to the Regional Project Controls Lead. Fluent English required; SME in Primavera P6 and Power BI preferred. This is a full-time, employee role located in Copenhagen.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related discipline.
• Several years’ leadership experience in Project Controls on large EPCM/EPC infrastructure or energy projects.
• Proven expertise in planning, cost control, and risk analysis.
• Proficient in Primavera P6, cost management tools, and dashboards (Excel, Power BI).
• Strong understanding of EPCM project delivery and change management.
• Fluent in English.
• Professional certification (APM Level D or equivalent) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain the Project Controls framework including planning, cost control, and document management systems.
• Define objectives and KPIs for project performance monitoring in alignment with EPCM and customer requirements.
• Implement and enforce standardized project controls procedures, tools, and reporting structures.
• Lead, mentor, and develop project controls personnel across multiple work fronts.
• Oversee the master project schedule using Primavera P6; ensure logic, interfaces, and milestones are maintained.
• Perform schedule risk assessments and variance analyses; identify recovery strategies.
• Support integration of engineering, procurement, and construction schedules.
• Manage total installed cost (TIC) control and forecasting across the EPCM scope.
• Ensure consistent cost coding, earned value analysis, and monthly performance reporting.
• Interface closely with Finance, Procurement, and Construction to align cost and schedule data.
• Oversee document management systems ensuring traceability, version control, and alignment with client standards.
• Ensure consistent reporting to internal stakeholders and customer on progress, performance, and risks.
