Job summary

PwC Denmark is seeking a Manager to lead engagements in non-financial risk management, strengthening governance and controls across financial services clients. You will work with our global network to bring leading practices and practical solutions.

Applicants should have a master’s degree and at least 5 years in non-financial risk management, with hands-on risk assessments and strong stakeholder communication. English fluency is required; Danish knowledge is a plus.

Qualifications

• Master's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of experience in non-financial risk management (e.g., operational or conduct risk).
• Hands-on experience in risk management including risk assessments and control design.
• Strong understanding of operational risk, conduct risk and regulatory expectations.
• Ability to lead projects and communicate complex topics to diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client engagements within non-financial risk areas such as operational risk and internal controls.
• Assess, design and implement non-financial risk frameworks, governance and control environments.
• Manage project scope, delivery and quality with stakeholders.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to proposals and service development.
• Guide and support colleagues to foster an inclusive, collaborative team.
