Qualifications

• Degree in Food Science or Dairy Technology.

Create Product & Process Excellence for Fermented High Protein Innovation

We are looking to strengthen process capability across our Fermented High Protein organisation.

Your main goal is to combine hands-on product development with process leadership, helping the team make robust, data-driven decisions and creating the tools, knowledge and best practices needed to accelerate innovation.You will work closely with Innovation, Science, Operations, Quality, Packaging, Marketing and Supply Chain teams across Europe.

This position places you in a unique role where you will influence both today's products and the future capability of the organisation.You will drive deep process development expertise to support capex investment projects across our network of production sites.

Key responsibilities include

• Leading complex product and process development projects from concept to launch.
• Acting as a product and process expert across fermented high-protein product platforms including Skyr, Quark, yoghurt and emerging technologies.
• Driving laboratory, pilot and industrial trials and translating technical findings into clear business recommendations.
• Identifying and solving complex product quality, stability and process challenges.
• Leading knowledgein process and product interactions within the team.
• Developing technical playbooks, guidelines, troubleshooting tools and best-practice ways of working.
• Establishing structured approaches for experimentation, data interpretation and root-cause analysis.
• Contributing to future product and technology roadmaps within Fermented High Protein.
• Supporting external manufacturing, supplier collaborations and Contract Manufacturing activities where specialist technical expertise is required.

Inventive, product and processing expert, strong and able to challenge the status quo.

If you hold a degree in Food Science, Dairy Technology, Food Engineering or a related discipline, and have significant experience in product & process development within dairy or food manufacturing, you may have the credentials we are looking for.

You are passionate about applying science to solve real business challenges and have a proven ability to translate technical complexity into practical solutions.

Experience within fermented dairy products, high-protein products, fermentation, process development & large-scale manufacturing is a necessity.

You are comfortable influencing without authority and can work effectively across multiple functions, sites and cultures. You enjoy sharing knowledge and helping others develop technical confidence and capability.
