Flying Tiger Copenhagen is seeking a Product Procurement Manager to cover parental leave for about 12 months in Copenhagen. You will lead the Product Procurement team, collaborating with Buying, Planning, Sustainability, Logistics, our Shanghai office, and suppliers globally to source responsibly and efficiently.

Qualificações

• Master's degree in sourcing, procurement, supply chain or related field.
• Solid experience in sourcing, procurement or supplier management.
• Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Experience leading or developing others.
• Comfortable working with data and advanced Excel.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Commercial mindset with attention to detail and big-picture thinking.
• Enjoys an international, fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and develop the Product Procurement team (Procurement Specialist, Student Assistant).
• Own and optimize the global supplier matrix with Heads of Buying and Buying Managers.
• Drive supplier performance across quality, delivery, and sustainability.
• Lead sourcing initiatives and identify new supplier opportunities across regions.
• Support negotiations to improve gross margin and reduce costs.
• Lead tender rounds, competitive bidding and strategic sourcing projects.
• Balance commercial objectives with sustainability and risk management.
• Support product engineering and design-to-cost initiatives.
• Manage supplier claims and negotiations related to quality and production issues.
• Drive cross-functional procurement projects to speed up time to market.
