Royal Copenhagen, part of Fiskars Vita, seeks a commercially driven Merchandising Manager to develop and execute merchandising strategies across collections, shaping the product roadmap and driving global commercial performance.

You will lead assortment planning, optimize product mix, manage lifecycle, and collaborate with Marketing, Design, Supply Chain and Finance to deliver compelling products that meet market needs. This maternity cover is for 12 months.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of merchandising experience.
• Strong commercial mindset with ability to translate insights into strategy.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Experience in product lifecycle management, assortment planning and pricing.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
• Fluent in English.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute merchandising strategies and 3-year product roadmaps aligned with brand strategy.
• Lead assortment planning and optimize product mix across channels and markets.
• Own and deliver the product roadmap in line with the commercial calendar.
• Manage product lifecycle including SKU-level optimization.
• Analyze product performance and generate data-driven insights.
• Track sales vs forecast and improve forecast accuracy.
• Support global and local pricing execution.
• Collaborate across Marketing, Design, Supply Chain, Sales, Finance and E-commerce.
