• Proven commercial success from previous roles.
• Experience from energy trading or a closely related industry.
• Experience bringing commercial ideas to the market.
• Strong project management skills and stakeholder management across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Define product and product line strategies based on client segment needs and market opportunities.
• Scope and develop new products in line with the internal Product Development and Implementation process.
• Lead launches, implementation, improvements, and offboarding.
• Coordinate internal stakeholders and maintain progress across initiatives.
• Align go-to-market activities with relevant market-facing teams.
• Monitor financial and operational performance and follow up on results.
• Improve the Product Management Method with a focus on agility, profitability and short time to market.
• Participate in selected market events and fairs, with some travel to be expected.
