AgainBio is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to take charge of the TXS-1 gas fermentation plant, ensuring smooth operation at full nameplate capacity. The role includes designing and commissioning the next commercial plant and owning startup activities for the future facility.

You will lead a team of engineers and technicians, optimize processes, and drive safe, efficient operation in a fast-growing biotech environment in Houston, TX.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in production/process engineering in a plant setting.
• Hands-on operation, optimization, debottlenecking of industrial reactors.

Responsibilities

• Oversee production engineering for TXS-1, Again's first commercial gas fermentation plant.
• Manage engineers and technicians.
• Optimize and debottleneck production processes, including gas fermentation and related upstream equipment; downstream processing attention.
• Ensure safe operation of all plant equipment.
• Oversee improvement projects and lead root cause analyses.
