Job summary

Reshape seeks a senior fermentation scientist to lead end-to-end bioprocess development in our Copenhagen lab. You’ll design studies, run multi-scale fermentations, and own primary data across media and organisms.

You’ll work with hardware, software and data science teams to convert biology into scalable production processes, building foundational datasets for predictive models and partnerships.

Qualifications

• Deep hands-on knowledge of fermentation and bioprocess development.
• Experience scaling fermentation across bench to manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate fermentation runs across scales (96-well to 15 L) and analyze data.
• Own primary data collection and dataset development for models and decisions.
• Design studies and build tools for lab workflows in a fast-moving startup.
