Job summary

COWI is seeking a Senior Planner to own and optimize schedules for Denmark’s large energy and infrastructure projects, working closely with Energinet and a multi-disciplinary team. You will take accountability for planning quality and delivery, ensuring transparency and proactive risk mitigation.

You will collaborate with project managers, technical leads, and suppliers, applying Primavera OPC and MS Project to develop robust schedules and provide actionable insights to keep programs on track.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in project planning and controls.
• Strong knowledge of Primavera and MS Project, Primavera OPC required.
• Experience delivering large, complex energy or infrastructure projects in Denmark.
• Excellent Danish communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate with project managers, technical leads, contractors, and suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and optimise integrated project schedules for large projects.
• Monitor progress with project managers and technical leads and support corrective actions.
• Identify critical paths, dependencies, interfaces, and schedule risks.
• Perform baseline management, what-if analyses, and schedule risk assessments.
• Review schedules from contractors and suppliers and ensure alignment.
