Qualifications

• Accredited four-year degree or global equivalent with eight years of work-related experience (or 12 years total with education).
• Strong experience from supporting previous data centre projects.
• Ability to communicate effectively with management, coworkers, clients, vendors, contractors and other stakeholders.
• Ability to learn and apply knowledge of applicable local, state/province, and national statutes and guidelines.
• Attention to detail and time-conscious, efficient work practices.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a project controls plan as part of the Project Execution Plan (PEP).
• Develop cost, schedule, and commercial baseline.
• Provide direction, coaching to a team of Project Controls specialists.
• Analyze variances in cost and schedule performance and propose mitigations.
• Supervise Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for contract integrity.
• Oversee change management processes.
• Review Project Profit/Risk Analysis and report status to management.
• Lead cost/scheduling proposals and perform forecasting and lookaheads.
