Job summary

GN Group is seeking a Senior Payroll Coordinator to ensure stable payroll system operations, accurate data flows, and timely payroll and financial reporting for its workforce in Denmark. You will own payroll processing, manage postings in D365, reconciliations in Excel, and oversee absence registrations in Workday and Lessor Løn.

The role requires experience with payroll for a larger workforce across subsidiaries, and collaboration with Accounting, Finance, HR, IT, and external vendors.

Qualifications

• Solid experience administering payroll or HR systems in medium/large organisations.
• Proficient with payroll data accuracy and data integrity checks.
• Strong documentation and process governance in payroll operations.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of payroll processing for approximately 900 employees in Denmark.
• Manage financial posting in D365 and reconciliations in Excel.
• Administrate employee absence registration in Workday and Lessor Løn.
• Manage industrial collective agreements.
• Work with various projects within the payroll area.
• Manage sickness and parental leave reimbursements, including posting of these, and advising employees on our parental leave processes.
