Job summary

Xellia Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Senior Business Partner People & Organization to join our Copenhagen HQ. You will bridge strategy and execution across talent acquisition, performance management, and organizational development in a fast-paced, international setting.

You will partner with senior leaders, drive global P&O processes, and help shape recruitment, leadership development and the use of AI tools within P&O. Based in Copenhagen with flexible onsite presence.

Qualifications

• Experience in Talent Acquisition including senior recruitments.
• Experience driving organizational processes such as reviews, succession planning, performance management or workforce planning.
• Ability to challenge senior leaders constructively when needed.
• Strong business mindset translating organizational needs into pragmatic solutions.
• Experience managing cross-functional projects across regions and functions.
• Interest in how AI, data and technology can strengthen HR/PO.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Drive global organizational reviews, succession planning and capability planning.
• Lead global performance management cycle and support leaders on related matters.
• Provide pragmatic, business-oriented P&O advice to leaders.
• Develop and implement learning and development initiatives and the competency framework.
• Coordinate leadership training and coaching initiatives; manage external partners.
• Contribute to employer branding activities in Copenhagen and vendor management.
