Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in a People Partner, People Manager or HRBP role in a high-growth environment.
• Ownership of people systems including performance, compensation, hiring, and onboarding.
• Strong stakeholder management experience with senior leadership exposure.

Responsibilities

• Own the design and execution of Light's performance review and feedback cycles.
• Partner with leadership on organisational changes during growth.
• Improve HR systems and tooling to ensure scalability and accuracy.
