Job summary

Xellia Pharmaceuticals in Copenhagen is seeking a Senior Business Partner P&O to translate strategy into organizational capability and pragmatic HR solutions across global processes. You will partner with senior leaders to own a broad P&O portfolio, including talent acquisition, performance management and leadership development, while driving AI-enabled HR improvements.

This role is based at Xellia’s Copenhagen headquarters, with four days onsite per week and some travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Senior HR role in international, commercially oriented organization with high pace and stakeholder complexity.
• Experience in Talent Acquisition, including senior recruitments, plus broader HR disciplines.
• Experience driving organizational processes such as organizational reviews, succession planning, performance management or workforce planning.
• Ability to challenge senior leaders constructively and translate organizational needs into pragmatic solutions.
• Interest in how AI, data and technology can strengthen HR/P&O.
• Strong communication skills and professional fluency in English.

Responsibilities

• Act as trusted sparring partner to senior leaders and take direct ownership of a broad portfolio of P&O activities.
• Manage talent acquisition across the organization from attraction to offer, including executive recruitment.
• Drive global organizational review processes, succession planning and workforce/capability planning.
• Drive and support the global performance management cycle and leadership development initiatives.
• Develop and implement learning initiatives and the global competency framework.
• Coordinate employer branding activities and vendor management in Copenhagen.
• Lead and contribute to global and local P&O projects and new initiatives.
• Play an active role in leveraging AI/tech in P&O, including process automation and interview tooling.
