Job summary

Vattenfall GmbH seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead OT-focused projects, including SCADA, within its renewable energy portfolio. You will collaborate with maintenance and operations to optimize handover, ensuring asset security, efficiency, performance and value realization.

The role demands broad experience in electrical/automation contexts, strong stakeholder management, and an agile, proactive mindset to deliver complex projects in an international environment.

Qualifications

• Education in Electrical or automation engineering and in project/package management.
• Experience with automation, control systems and data pipelines in energy sector.
• Experience across onshore/offshore tech, HV systems and Wind/BESS/PV projects.
• Fluent English communication and ability to operate in an international environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project delivery within scope, schedule, and budget and capture lessons learned.
• Refine timelines, budgets, risks and resources with transparent reporting.
• Coordinate between engineering teams and internal/external stakeholders for smooth execution.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and EHS across the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate risks while maximizing value and timely completion.
