Job summary

Orsted is seeking an experienced OT/SCADA incident response professional to monitor incidents across global wind assets, coordinate triage with control rooms, cybersecurity, and engineering teams, and perform remote diagnostics to keep energy production safe and reliable.

In this 24/7 role, you’ll join on-duty rotations, maintain incident records and runbooks, drive root cause analysis, and contribute to continuous improvement to strengthen system resilience across regions.

Qualifications

• Experience with OT/SCADA in critical infrastructure environments.
• Strong understanding of industrial control system architectures and protocols.
• Able to troubleshoot networks, operating systems, and system integrations in OT landscapes.
• Excellent communication across disciplines, regions, and suppliers.
• Calm under pressure and structured in incident handling.
• Engineering degree or equivalent experience required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor OT system health, security events, and alerts across wind assets, substations, and onshore facilities.
• Triaging and responding to OT and SCADA incidents with control rooms, cybersecurity, and engineering teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and document preventive actions to reduce repeats.
• Conduct remote diagnostics and coordinate field or supplier interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate incident records, handovers, and runbooks for 24/7 operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to strengthen resilience and supplier performance.
