Job summary

Ørsted Asia Pacific is seeking an OT Guard & Service Management professional to monitor, triage, and resolve OT and SCADA incidents across wind assets worldwide. You will coordinate incident response with control rooms, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to ensure safe, secure, and reliable operations.

You will perform root cause analysis, maintain runbooks, and participate in on-call rotations to support 24/7 reliability and continuous improvement across regions and time zones.

Qualifications

• Experience with OT or SCADA systems in critical infrastructure environments.
• Knowledge of industrial control system architectures and protocols such as IEC 60870‑5‑104, Modbus/TCP, DNP3, OPC UA.
• Ability to troubleshoot networks, operating systems, and system integrations in OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor OT system health, security events, and operational alerts across wind assets and facilities.
• Triaging and responding to OT and SCADA incidents with control rooms, cybersecurity, and engineering teams.
• Perform root cause analysis and document preventive actions to reduce repeats.
• Conduct remote diagnostics and coordinate field or supplier interventions as needed.
• Maintain accurate incident records, handovers, and runbooks to support 24/7 operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to strengthen resilience and supplier performance.
