Job summary

Ørsted is seeking a veteran OT/SCADA incident specialist to monitor, triage, and resolve incidents across global wind assets. You’ll coordinate with control rooms, cybersecurity, and engineering teams to ensure secure, reliable energy production and 24/7 operations.

You will perform root cause analyses, implement preventive actions, and document runbooks while supporting remote diagnostics and field interventions as required. A engineering or CS background is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with OT or SCADA in critical infrastructure.
• Knowledge of IEC 60870-5-104, Modbus/TCP, DNP3, OPC UA.
• Ability to troubleshoot networks and system integrations in OT environments.

Responsibilities

• Monitor OT system health, security events across wind assets and facilities.
• Triaging OT and SCADA incidents with control rooms and engineers.
• Perform root cause analysis and document preventive actions to reduce repeats.
• Coordinate remote diagnostics and field or supplier interventions.
• Maintain incident records, handovers and runbooks for 24/7 operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of resilience and performance.
