Job summary

Maersk is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead in the Nordics to drive localization and maturity of The Maersk Way OS and NDC TMW training. You will partner with Product, Operations, Finance CX and ALT to deliver scalable, standardized improvements across frontline operations.

As a senior individual contributor, you will design deployment, run Kaizen and A3 problem solving, coach frontline teams, and build capability within the OPEX and NDC teams to sustain measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• TMW Deployment: Design and implement localization strategy for TMW across the Nordics area.
• Continuous Improvement: Drive structured problem-solving to address core challenges and gaps.
• Capability Building & Coaching: Design and manage TMW training in the Nordics and coach frontline teams.
• KPI Governance & Performance Management: Define KPI frameworks and enable data-driven governance.
• Business Value Enablement: Translate constraints into data-driven initiatives and ensure anchoring in reality.
