Job summary
Maersk is seeking an Operational Excellence Lead to drive localization, maturity, consistency and impact of The Maersk Way (TMW) Operating System and NDC TMW training across the Nordics area. This senior contributor will partner with Product, Operations, Finance CX, and Area Leadership to deliver scalable improvements.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, Logistics, or related field.
- 7-10+ years of functional experience in logistics and services.
- Experience in Operational Excellence, Lean or Continuous Improvement with frameworks/tools like Kaizen, A3, VSM, DMAIC, RCA.
- Proven ability to deliver tangible improvements in complex logistics environments.
- Experience with structured project management methodologies and change management.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement the localization strategy for TMW across the Nordics.
- Establish data-driven KPI governance and performance management routines.
- Lead cross-functional improvement initiatives with Area Leadership Team.
- Coach frontline teams on TMW tools and training programs.
- Embed continuous improvement culture in daily operations.
- Coordinate with Digital, Data and Automation teams to enable value enablement.
