Job summary

Cadeler is seeking a Senior Operations & Project Manager for scour protection services. You will help shape vessel development, operational methodologies and project execution while leading cross‑functional teams.

The role emphasizes hands-on offshore experience, strong leadership, and delivering value in an expanding wind farm installation business. You will work within an international Cadeler environment with offices in Copenhagen, Vejle, the UK and Taiwan, and with offshore vessel operations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in civil, mechanical or maritime engineering.
• 5–7 years of project management experience, at least 3 in offshore wind.
• Experience with offshore delivery, installation vessels and scour protection or rock installation preferred.
• Strong leadership to coordinate multidisciplinary teams; fluent English; travel as required.

Responsibilities

• Support the design and development of the scour protection vessel with operational input.
• Develop installation methodologies, procedures, loading strategies and best practices.
• Establish and lead project teams across PM, Package Management, Survey and Planning.
• Drive project execution with focus on HSE, quality, budget, schedule and client satisfaction.
• Provide operational input into tender strategies and risk reviews; engage partners.
