Job summary

Saxo Bank is seeking a Senior Observability Engineer to own and evolve the bank's observability platform within a hybrid cloud/on‑prem environment. You will design and operate metrics, logs, traces, and events to give engineering teams clear visibility into performance, stability, and health of critical systems.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software engineering, SRE, DevOps, or similar with strong observability focus.
• Experience with monitoring, logging, tracing, and event systems across cloud/on‑prem environments.
• Hands-on with elastic stack, Grafana dashboards, and incident response.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day operation of Saxo's observability platform.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to deliver monitoring and visibility across critical systems.
