Saxo Bank A/S seeks a Senior Observability Engineer to own and operate the bank's observability platform, designing solutions for metrics, logs, traces, and events across cloud and on‑prem environments.
You will partner with engineering teams to deliver meaningful monitoring, dashboards, and insights, shaping the future observability landscape and driving platform improvements across the organisation.
As a Senior Observability Engineer at Saxo, you will join a specialised team responsible for the bank's observability platforms. We build and continuously improve solutions that provide visibility into the performance, stability, and health of critical business systems across our hybrid infrastructure.
You will help shape the future of Saxo's observability landscape by designing and operating solutions for metrics, logs, traces, and events across cloud and on-premises environments. Your work will enable engineering teams to better understand, monitor, and improve the systems that power Saxo.

You have 5+ years of experience in Software Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Platform Engineering, or a similar role, with a strong focus on observability.
