Job summary

OMEGA, Inc. is looking for a Project Manager in Kongens Lyngby to lead complex customer projects in the Naval & Defence sectors. You will manage projects from scoping through to delivery while ensuring compliance with internal standards and requirements.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in engineering, at least 10 years of project management experience, and strong communication skills. This position requires eligibility for security clearance and involves minimal international travel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of project management experience in technical or defense programs.
• Project Management certification such as PMP is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in global, multi-disciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead medium to large defense customer projects from initial scoping to acceptance.
• Manage multiple complex projects in various phases of the lifecycle simultaneously.
• Ensure adherence to established business processes and internal standards.
