Job summary

NOV is seeking a Project Manager for its Subsea Production Systems (SPS) business in Denmark to lead complex international customer projects from contract handover through execution and close-out. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance, and other functions to deliver on schedule, budget, and contractual requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related technical field.
• 5–7 years of relevant professional experience in project management or operations.
• Experience managing customer projects in engineering, manufacturing, energy, offshore, EPC, construction, renewables or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead customer projects through all phases from contract handover to close-out.
• Manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Develop and execute strategies balancing customer expectations with NOV objectives.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across Engineering, Manufacturing, Planning, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance.
• Build trusted customer relationships and be the main point of contact.
• Drive collaboration in a matrix organization and influence without direct reporting lines.
• Provide accurate reporting and implement corrective actions when needed.
• Manage commercial and contractual activities including forecasting and variation orders.
• Ensure projects comply with NOV quality and HSE requirements.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing in PMO.
• Travel internationally as required.
