Job summary

Accuro ApS seeks an experienced Senior Microsoft Solution Architect to lead a tenant-to-tenant migration for a large international organization. You will drive architecture across Dynamics 365 Sales, Business Central, Power Platform, and Power BI, coordinating with dedicated teams and stakeholders to meet a 1 April 2027 target.

Qualifications

• Senior profile with strong Microsoft tenant migration experience.
• Experience leading complex tenant-to-tenant migrations in large organizations.
• Proven enterprise-architecture background.
• Ability to coordinate_multiple stakeholders and manage risk.

Responsibilities

• Provide architecture leadership and ensure alignment with Microsoft best practices and enterprise standards.
• Coordinate change impacts, governance, responsibilities, and DOA.
• Lead migration planning, testing, and stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee tenant-to-tenant migration focusing on Dynamics 365, Business Central, Microsoft Fabric and Power BI.
• Assess dependencies and integrations across the Microsoft platform.
• Conduct security assessment and manage access rights and roles.
• Evaluate licenses and responsibilities among internal teams, external partners and Microsoft.
• Collaborate with application specialists and IT stakeholders.
