Job summary

Qufora, based in Allerød, seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead important product development projects from objectives through verification, validation and launch. You will coordinate with Product Development, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Medical Affairs, Operations and Commercial, plus external partners.

You will establish integrated project plans, build committed teams, manage scope, schedule and budget, and ensure decisions move plans forward with accountability and transparency.

Qualifications

• Eight+ years in cross‑functional product development PM.
• Proven track record launching physical products.
• Strong planning, budgeting and risk management.
• Experience with design control and regulatory basics.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional product development projects with accountability for scope, schedule, budget, risks and delivery.
• Establish and maintain integrated project plans with clear milestones and dependencies.
• Build and lead project teams, align priorities and resources with functional managers.
• Drive execution with structured problem solving and timely decisions; remove obstacles.
• Integrate design control, risk management, verification/validation, regulatory activities into the plan.
• Coordinate with Operations, suppliers and external partners for production readiness.
• Communicate impact of changes on scope, timing and cost to management.
• Support governance and lessons learned across projects.
