Job summary

Vitrolife Group is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross‑functional development of medical devices in our Aarhus R&D team. The role covers software and hardware and requires coordinating engineers, QA/RA, and product management to prepare for launch.

The ideal candidate has multiple years of project leadership in regulated environments, strong technical background in hardware/software, and fluency in Danish and English. This onsite role is based in Aarhus, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Experience leading cross‑functional product development in a regulated industry.
• Strong technical understanding of hardware and software development.
• Fluent in Danish and English.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from concept to launch.
• Define and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Align user needs, product requirements, technical solutions and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and motivate cross‑functional teams across R&D and other functions.
• Drive activities through development, verification, validation and design transfer for launch readiness.
