Job summary

Vitrolife Group in Aarhus, Denmark is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our R&D Medical Devices team. You will provide end-to-end project leadership from concept through development, verification, validation, design transfer, and launch readiness, coordinating software and hardware projects with cross-functional teams.

You will typically lead 5-15 people across Software, Hardware, Product Management, QA/RA, Manufacturing, and Market Access, ensuring alignment of user needs,

Qualifications

• Several years of project management experience in cross-functional, regulated product development.
• Experience leading hardware and software development with UX/UI components.
• Knowledge of QA, regulatory affairs, and risk and change management.
• Ability to understand complex technical topics and align diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of projects from concept to launch.
• Define and manage project plans, milestones, deliverables, risks and dependencies.
• Ensure alignment between user needs, product requirements, and regulatory requirements.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across R&D and other functions.
• Drive development, verification, validation, and design transfer to launch readiness.
